Here is an estimated Question Distribution List for FCPS-1. Please note that this distribution is flexible that’s why + signs have been added to provide a range. This list has been made to give a general idea about the importance of various subjects and accordingly to allocate time to different subjects in order of their importance for the test.

 

1) GROSS ANATOMY	40 MCQs	+ 10
2) PHYSIOLOGY	40 MCQs	+ 10
3) PATHOLOGY IMMUNOLOGY MICRO	50 MCQs	+ 10
4) NEURO	20 MCQs	+ 10
5) PHARMA	20 MCQs	+ 10
6) HISTOLOGY	10 MCQs	+ 05
7) EMBRYOLOGY	10 MCQs	+ 05
8) BIOCHEM	05 MCQs	+ 05
9) BEHAVIOURAL SCIENCES	05 MCQs	+ 05

Please note that three subjects make a huge proportion of the test :

• Anatomy
• Physiology
• Pathology
