Postgraduate FCPS Part -II training in Dentistry.
Application Process:
• Application should be submitted in Dental office on prescribed application form available online at
http://pgde.lmdc.edu.pk/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/ONLINE-APPLICATION-Form-17-DEC-2021-ok.docx
• Application processing fee Rs. 1000/- will be admissible.
The following documents are required:
• Valid PMC registration
• Detail Mark sheets all Professional examination.
• House Job certificate from any recognized Dental Hospital
• FCPS –I Pass letter from CPSP.
• CNIC
• Matric, FSc certificate
• Domicile
• BDS Degree
• 3 – Passport size Photographs
