As the Medical Council of India recommended the Competency Based Curriculum, the thirteenth edition was structured to match the newly designed curriculum. The inputs flowing in from the academicians across the country were taken into consideration and the fourteenth edition of the book has been written as per the competency Based Curriculum now adopted by National Medical Commission.
